Easy now….! I watched, the return (fourth I believe) of Mr. Ali G, onto the small screen on Friday night. Personally, I was in ‘stitches’ with some of the material that he came out with. Interviewing American’s must be so much fun. And I’m sure there is a saying that ‘ignorance is bliss’. You could the see the wannabe ‘cop’ come out of G, when he was running around the training plot of the police, only waving his ‘gun’ about! Borat, again was amazing, and the classic line was, “I’m looking for a lady with ‘PLOUGH experience’, perhaps only 1 year?” Classic stuff. The critics would say that Ali G has lost it? I think that there is plenty of live left in the character, plus if he keep inventing ones, like the Austrian fashion reporter, Bruno. He will become an unstoppable force in the comedy scene! 🙂 Some other classic lines were, when interviewing astronaut Buzz Aldrin, part of the Apollo mission to land on the moon, in July 1969. He called him, “Buzz Lightyear” at the end of the interview. Plus also, when introducing the programme, he referred to, the Native American, who still needs a policeman, and men from the military and navy, to go out!

Arsenal have a tough week, coming up. With the semi-final against, Sheffield United tomorrow afternoon and then the ‘big-boys’ Manchester United. A do or die match. Who will be up for it? Arsene, make mine a double, again? 🙂

Other news? Not really, much to report unfortunately. A busy month ahead. Easter next weekend, and then we have the fun ‘wedding’ to look forward to in May. Should be interesting…
