I got back to my flat late on Monday evening (around 9:30pm) to find a letter in my postbox with a South East London postmark. I knew what is was already but waited until I got into my flat, sat down and switched on the television before opening.

Those lovely people at Daybreak had sent me the autograph of newspresenter Tasmin Lucia Khan. I had requested via Twitter, as Tasmin had tweeted the details of the person to contact at Daybreak. I then just had to send off my address to them and the autograph was in the post. My weekend was now complete. She will be on British’s Best Dish tomorrow afternoon at 5pm on ITV1. The show will pit Daybreak against This Morning. I am looking forward to catching the show on my PVR later this week, as I will be travelling back from work during the broadcast.
